The division of Housing Facilities serves the Department of Facilities Management through the operation, maintenance, and capital planning of ETSU's student housing. Operations also include vacancy turnover and summer camps and conferences. Currently, our staff of 24 custodial, maintenance, and administrative personnel serve the needs of almost 2,500 resident students.
